S.S. Badger Lake Michigan Carferry
The S.S. Badger, a historic coal-fired steam engine car ferry, offers daily sailings between Manitowoc and Ludington, Michigan, from mid-May to mid-October. Accommodating up to 600 passengers and 150 cars per trip, passengers can enjoy amenities like food and drinks, a movie theater, a museum, and Badger Bingo. Manitowoc Marina
If you’d like to arrive on your own boat, make plans to dock at the Manitowoc Marina. Open seven days a week, you can enjoy access to this full-service marina facility and boatyard, complete with fishing charters and boat repairs as well as kayak and bike rentals.
